The owner of the card used for payment must present this card on receiving the order. Card payments are secure. Our delivery drivers only carry up to £10 in change, payment must be in £ sterling.

Upon submitting your order details, you are making an offer to us to purchase the item(s) you have specified in your order form. We reserve the right to refuse your offer should it be deemed necessary.
In the event of Dhillon's needing to issue a refund we will aim to credit your account within 7 - 10 working days at our company?s discretion.
Side orders are subject to availability. In most cases, your local Dhillon's store manager will offer an alternative for any out-of-stock item.
Although great care has been taken to remove all bones from chicken and ham, some may remain. Some products may contain nuts.
Each outlet has a minimum order value for delivery orders and it may vary between different outlets.
Offers, Promotions or Discounts
When submitting your order details you may wish to offer to purchase the items specified in conjunction with a particular Dhillon's offer, promotion or discount.
To take advantage of this facility you may need to enter the appropriate offer, promotion or discount code with your order details. These codes are present on some distributed menus/leaflets and our website, and are not valid with any other offers.
Any such order will be subject to the specific terms and conditions of the offer, promotion or discount in question and will be subject to availability.
Multimeals are discounted offers and will not form part of other offers and promotions unless otherwise stated.
Periodical offers will be available at participating stores only, please check with your outlet before ordering.
We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw any Dhillon's offer, promotion, discount or Multimeal at any time.
200 Points offer
200 points will be awarded to existing loyalty members who now register online, and all new customers who register online and are not existing loyalty scheme members.
Dhillon's Loyalty Discount Scheme
Online registered Customers:
Redeem Points: Every time your Points balance reaches 500 and above, you will be entitled to exchange points in groups of 500 equal to the value of £5 against any order of £10 or above. The £10 order value excludes periodic promotions and delivery charge.
Earn Points: At present, each £1.00 spent on menu items will earn you a minimum of 5 points. Points offered may double or triple for some products or for certain days as a promotion. Orders containing periodic promotion for example product for a £1 etc will not earn any points. Online registered customers can check points balance by logging on to their account, In case of online registered customers placing their order by visiting the Store or by phone, their earned points for those orders will be added to the online account within a couple of days. Customers registered at the outlets will continue to earn their points as usual at the outlets system, once they register online their current Points balance will be transferred to the online account within a couple of days.
Non Online Registered customers:
Redeem Points: Customers will continue to receive vouchers at the moment but we are currently upgrading and improving our system to make it easier and more flexible to spend the points you earn. Customers can redeem points at the outlet when placing their order, or by telling the cashier on the telephone. Your remaining points balance will be displayed on your receipts after each purchase. Existing (non-internet) customers who register an account online will have their points moved from the shop to the website system within 24 hours for future orders. Points can be used in groups of 500 on orders £10 and over saving you £5.00.
Earn Points: Non Online registered customers will continue to collect points as normal. At present, each £1.00 spent on menu items will earn you a minimum of 5 points excluding multimeals and promotions. Points offered may double or triple for some products or for certain days as a promotion. If you are currently a registered customer then points will be transferred to the website upon registering online so long as your details of phone numbers and address are same and valid.
